Only this morning did the media learn that the father of the late singer Janna Friske intends to sue Rusfond, which accused the performer's family  of stealing and embezzling charitable donations collected by the public.

Vladimir Kopylov insisted that the charitable foundation had not asked them to provide a report on expenditures and that he had all the receipts in hand, including payment for the final bill of 200,000 dollars for medication.

However, by the evening, the man's version had completely changed. He is now accusing Janna's common-law husband, Dmitry Shepelev, of misappropriating funds and intends to sue him on Rusfond's side. Kopylov's lawyers are reportedly already preparing the relevant documents.

It seems, therefore, that Friske's father decided to take his son Platon away from Shepelevby putting Dmitry in prison.
