Famous singer Victoria Daineko was forced to endure unpleasant hours and face blatant rudeness from representatives of the Audi dealership where she purchased her vehicle on the eve of Christmas.

“…I opened the car, started the engine, put my packed bag on the front seat, took a brush and went to clear the snow off the car. My child usually waits for me inside the car, but today I decided to stay outside. Thank God.
The car locked from the inside and despite the key being in my pocket, it was not going to open under any circumstances.
The car is running and locked tight. Inside are my documents, house keys, and phone. That’s it.
What saved me was that a neighbour came out of his house in time, and the fact that I always follow safety protocols and never lock the cleaner out of my apartment.
My child did not want to be left alone with a barely known person, so I was looking for help from inside the house while the kind neighbour kept watch outside... periodically running over to him with updates...
First of all, I naturally called the dealership where I bought the car. And guess what. Manager Irina simply told me to go away over the phone: 'All service managers are busy, please leave your contact details.' What details? I am calling from someone else's phone; my phone is locked in the car. I explained to her that it is -20 degrees outside, I cannot wait for a callback, I have an urgent situation, and my child is very nervous. This wonderful Irina showed zero emotion. I cursed the fact that I ever bought a car from Audi; their staff are so rude. Even the cleaner, who was listening to this conversation on speaker, was outraged by the rudeness and this woman's desire to 'help'.
Alright. Good people exist... The manager who sold me the car was much more responsive, despite no longer working at Audi. With his help, I armed myself with a syringe, alcohol, and water with vinegar. However, no matter how much alcohol we poured into the lock, it remained stuck in place...
The Audi service support hotline did not plan to answer me no matter how many times I called. It is scary to think what would have happened if my daughter had been waiting for me in the car while I was cleaning it and got locked inside like that... with such service support..”, Victoria recounted.
