Stas Kostyushkin invents new way to work out

Former lead singer of the band Chai Vdvoem, Stas Kostyushkin, is currently on holiday in Cyprus with his family. To stay in shape, the artist has invented a new way to work out right on the beach.

On his social media page, Kostyushkin posted a short video showing a new type of strength training. Stas swaddled his eldest son, Bogdan, in a towel on a sunbed and lifted him with both hands.

Bogdan himself was very pleased with the "workout" and smiled and waved at the camera afterwards.

It should be noted that Stas Kostyushkin is in excellent physical shape.
