"Zvazheni" trainer comments on participant's death

A few days ago, it was reported that Yevheniia Mostovenko, another participant of the show "Zvazheni ta Shchaslivi", died from a cerebral haemorrhage. This is the third death among the project's participants and the second caused by a stroke.

Immediately, rumours emerged that participants were dying from excessive physical exertion imposed on them by the show. The project's current trainer, athlete Vasyl Uzelkov, who himself survived a stroke several years ago, decided to refute this information.

According to him, strokes occur for entirely different reasons. The project, on the contrary, helps people. On the show, physical activity is combined with proper nutrition, leading to the loss of excess weight without harm to the heart, blood vessels, or overall health.
