Kalush band refuses to support fundraising campaign

The Kalush band refused to support the fundraising campaign, as the proceeds are intended for purchasing weapons.

The volunteer who organised this initiative had previously purchased the musicians' guitar at a charity auction and planned to raffle it off as part of the fundraiser. 

However, the band declined to repost the appeal, arguing that they do not participate in such campaigns. The decision sparked a mixed reaction, particularly after musicians Amil and Ramil from "Kurgan i Agregat" commented on the situation.

The story quickly spread across social media, triggering a wave of discussion. In the show business, such a stance is not new — many artists who regularly perform in Europe try to avoid public statements, fearing potential consequences for their international careers.

 However, most of them prefer to keep this position to themselves, rather than bringing it into the public domain.
