Followers of Masha Efrosinina's Instagram page suspected that the presenter had plastic surgery – removing so-called Bichat fat pads. This is a currently trendy procedure that allows one to get rid of round cheeks and accentuate the cheekbone line without injecting hyaluronic acid and other substances.

The idea of plastic surgery was prompted by a photo that Masha posted today. In the picture, the presenter's cheeks are completely absent, with hollows in those areas, which is often seen in very thin people, as well as after the removal of Bichat fat pads.
