Basman Court in Moscow remands Yury Dud in custody in terrorism case
A judge at the Basman District Court in Moscow ordered blogger Yury Dud to be held in custody for two months on charges of promoting terrorism.
Top three favourites emerge for Eurovision 2017
The final of the Eurovision 2017 music contest will take place in Kyiv on 13 May. A top three of favourites has already emerged, attracting the highest number of bets at bookmakers.
Italians Francesco Gabbani, performing with the song Occidentalis Karma, are tipped for first place. He is set to take the stage with a person in a monkey costume. The musical composition has garnered several million views on YouTube. In terms of charisma, the artist is only slightly behind Adriano Celentano, with whom he is often compared.
According to bookmakers, second place will be taken by Belgian singer Blanche with the track City Lights.
Bronze could go to Sweden's representative Robin Bengtsson with the song I Can't Go On.
Performers from Portugal and Australia could also make it into the top five.
