Friske family ordered to return 21 million

On 19 May 2017, a further hearing was held in the lawsuit filed by Rusfond against the family of Yana Friske. As a result, the singer’s parents and her heir were ordered to return to the foundation’s accounts the funds that had not been spent on her treatment.

The amount is 21.6 million rubles.

The star’s close relatives asked the court to terminate the proceedings, but their request was denied. Members of the singer’s family reject all claims made by the foundation. They intend to appeal the previously issued decision.
