Not long ago, former judge of the X Factor show and renowned music critic Sergey Sosedov gave an interview in which his position and rhetoric regarding Ukraine changed radically. Sosedov unexpectedly became a fierce opponent of the country and its authorities.

Many were puzzled as to what had happened? And who had so thoroughly brainwashed the critic?

The reason turned out to be mundane. As it emerged, Sosedov had been dumped by his Ukrainian lover. Moreover, the man was a fervent patriot. For his disrespectful attitude towards Ukraine and Ukrainians, the ex-lover severely beat Sergey Sosedov, resulting in the critic now slandering the country on television screens and attempting to draw attention to himself.
