'Zvazheni ta Shchaslivi' trainer drove herself to anorexia

Anita Lutchenko, former trainer on the Zvazheni ta Shchaslivi project and now the show's new host, recently became a mother for the first time. After giving birth, the athlete returned to intense physical training.

Apparently, Anita became overly obsessed with weight loss, driving herself to the brink of anorexia.

This is evident from a photo posted by the trainer on her Instagram page. The image shocked her followers.

However, in the comments, Anita explained that these are special exercises called "udyana". It is precisely these exercises that create the appearance of dystrophy.
