Basman Court in Moscow remands Yury Dud in custody in terrorism case
A judge at the Basman District Court in Moscow ordered blogger Yury Dud to be held in custody for two months on charges of promoting terrorism.
Jigulda's DNR passport already being revoked
Actor Nikita Jigulda did not get to enjoy his passport as a citizen of the unrecognised Donetsk People's Republic for long. Already tonight, the artist announced on his Instagram page that Zakharchenko considers the issuance of the passport to him a technical error.
The reason is that Jigulda tried to sit on the fence and proposed that the terrorists change the name to DPRU – Donetsk People's Republic of Ukraine. Naturally, the militants did not like this approach, and they decided to revoke Jigulda's recently issued passport.
In addition, it is not ruled out that the actor will also lose his Ukrainian citizen passport, meaning he will effectively be left stateless.
It is impossible to guess who encouraged Jigulda to attempt to reintegrate the DNR back into Ukraine in this way, however, he can now forget about participating in "Eurovision".
