Famous humorist Roman Kartsev has died today. The news was shared on her Facebook page by Natalya Zhvanetskaya. Later, the artist's granddaughter, Veronika Evstigneeva, confirmed the information.

According to her, Roman Kartsev died this morning in Moscow. The artist was 79 years old.

There is no information on the cause of the humorist's death. It is also unknown whether Kartsev suffered from any serious illnesses that could have led to his demise.
