Vasyl Khlystun, a People's Artist of Ukraine who created the famous song "Khloptsi budemy zhyty" ("Boys, We Will Live"), died after a prolonged illness. His heart stopped at the age of 62.

The singer's talent was recognised not only in Ukraine but also abroad. He managed to perform on stages in Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany, Poland and France, delighting audiences with his performances.
