The Bachelor sells Kyiv apartment for $1 million

The main character of the fifth season of the romantic project The Bachelor, Serhiy Melnyk, appears to have decided to say goodbye to Ukraine for good.

Today, it became known that the footballer is selling his apartment in Kyiv, which he valued at no less than $1,100,000. The price includes a parking space along with the living space.

However, Serhiy Melnyk bought this apartment for $1.7 million. In other words, the athlete is effectively losing a third of the property's value on the sale.
