Trump appoints Gibson, Stallone and Voight as special Hollywood envoys

Mel Gibson, Sylvester Stallone and John Voight have been granted the status of special Hollywood envoys. Donald Trump made the appointment, stating his intention to "bring Hollywood out of the darkness into the light".

"These people will be my eyes and ears. I will implement everything they propose. This will be a new Golden Age of Hollywood!" the former US president wrote on his Truth Social platform.

In Trump's view, these actors, known for their conservative views, are capable of reviving the former glory of the American film industry and restoring its traditional values.
