Farewell to Dmitry Maryanov held at the House of Cinema

A farewell ceremony for actor Dmitry Maryanov, who died suddenly on 15 October 2017, was held today at the House of Cinema.

Family members, numerous friends, and colleagues of the artist gathered for the ceremony. Many noted that Maryanov was a true man, despite the not very masculine profession he had chosen. A great number of warm words were spoken, which the artist, unfortunately, will no longer hear.

Friends observed that the actor and his wife Ksenia were very close and loved each other. This is a huge loss for the family. Ksenia is indeed devastated by grief, as many acquaintances of the couple have noticed. This completely refutes the words of Maryanov's first wife, who stated in an interview that Ksenia was interested in her husband's death and did everything to hasten his demise.

The actor was bid farewell in accordance with tradition – with thunderous applause.

The actor will be buried at Khimki Cemetery.
